Aaron Jacob formed the AJF AGENCY  in 2014. Between 1999 and 2008 he was a coach with Charlton Athletic FC's Youth Academy during it's years in the EPL, under Alan Curbishley.
He was  promoted to Youth Development Director for the whole of London and the South East of England, for  talent identification, selecting youth players for the academy section of the club and coached  many players who would go on to become professional at major clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Fulham, West Ham, Liverpool, Bournemouth and Norwich City, amongst  others.

During this time four players went on to be signed to Professional clubs, including Max Gradel who went on to play at the highest level with Leicester City, Leeds United, St Etienne,  and presently AFC Bournemouth-in the EPL/FC Toulouse (as well as full international senior with the Ivory Coast)

On his arrival in the US in 2008 he became a senior coach for a club called Andromeda, who at the time were entered into the newly formed USSF Youth Development Academy, working with Josema Bazan, Oscar Borgarello and Mike Powers. From 2011 to 2014 he was made Director of coaching for the U14, U16 and U18's for the club which by then had changed ownership.

The USSF YDA is the highest level of youth play in the USA linked directly to the National programme and the senior team.  During Aaron's time he was directly responsible for initiating the  implementation and partnership with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, and was proud to have had a 99% success rate of placing AFC YDA players at various colleges throughout the United States, including top NCAA institutions.

As a qualified UEFA  and USSF licenced coach, including Certification to Identify European Premiership level players, Aaron, made a decision to divert his knowledge, experience and expertise to become a registered USSF Intermediary. PABLO CASTILLO - Player Consultant / Intermediary.

Pablo Castillo is a young professional from Madrid (Spain) specializing in international business, aimed more specifically towards the football/soccer industry.


His relationships are extensive, and he focuses on looking for clubs, both for players and coaches , seeking opportunities for employment in many leagues around the world. He also implements and looks after our proposals  to (and for) clubs looking to organize international opposition  matches and friendly pre-season games.

He grew up playing in Spain's national leagues and played college level in the USA, where he graduated in 2008 from Florida International University, Miami, majoring in Business Management & International Business . He also holds an MBA from the Metropolitan University in London, England.

He is the founder of Pro International, based in San Diego, California. He deals with numerous players from Europe, South/Central America and the Far east, including China.

As part of our team Pablo, aims to maximize and strengthen our organization by utilizing the contact and network base, built over many years, to help and assist players negotiate contracts in many international leagues around the world.

Even though Pro International is involved in major market movements, the main aim of the group is on the development of younger players that want to reach the highest level of football at professional level.


ALEX STUART - Player Consultant / Marketing - Digital Media.

Alex Stuart is a specialist in Sports Marketing and Digital Media. He has worked in the sports industry, mainly in international soccer, for over 8 years.

Alex previously worked at Major League Soccer in their Player Programs and Personnel department and since has worked on marketing campaigns and transfer deals worldwide with noted soccer clubs and players. He also offers advice and liaises with international organizations who wish to formulate a collaboration and/or partnership with clubs in the USA, including new team investors wanting to enter the MLS,  NASL and/or USL Leagues.

Some of his accomplishments include organizing the Generation Adidas tournament, one of the largest youth soccer tournaments in the country affiliated with MLS franchises, and also clinics with various forms of content pertaining to football for clients like EA SPORTS FIFA, Football Manager and the New York Red Bulls. In addition, he is in the process of heading up a production team who will broadcast live soccer matches, to the consumer, from over 20 professional leagues from around the globe.

As a football/soccer fanatic, who has a variety of experience in the sport on the performance, event organization and marketing side, he has the knowledge, experience and network in soccer to provide a great amount of value for players seeking to play professionally.

Alex has dedicated his career to the growth of soccer in the United States.  He graduated from Duke University with a major in History.

LUIS BRECCI - Attorney (International)

Luis Brecci is a passionate corporate lawyer with years of experience in commercial and contract law and cross-border deals.
He has expertise in all tax matters and intellectual property rights as well as the knowledge necessary to conclude sponsorship and media/TV contracts, directly related to sports and entertainment.

Luis completed his LLM at the prestigious Cornell University recently and is now qualified to practice law in New York State/USA, completiing his studies and passing the bar in May of 2017. Prior to this he was an attorney resident in Brazil, his native country. He presently holds a JD and a MBA in finance, speaks 6 languages fluently, including-English, French, German, Italian,  Portuguese, and Spanish - and can translate documents and contracts for many of our international players, coaches and representatives, needing intepretation assistance.

Luis is an advocate of the new lawyering: providing prompt, accurate, clear legal solutions with a business-oriented perspective, that, on behalf of our international players can help to assist, negotiate and conclude advantageous terms. 

Luis also provides pro-bono work for the United Nations and for not-for-profit NGOs, helping others with his legal, business and language skills.

RYAN WEBBER- Attorney (Domestic)

Ryan Webber grew up playing youth soccer in a small town in central Pennsylvania.  After high school, Ryan went on to attend Lebanon Valley College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Law and Society.  After college, Ryan attended Widener University Commonwealth School of Law and obtained his juris doctorate in 2010.  

During law school, took courses designed to provide him with the knowledge necessary to negotiate contracts and business deals.  Ryan also worked with several sports agents and leaders in the sports law field where he further honed his negotiating skills.

LUKE  SAINSBURY - Player Consultant / Intermediary / UEFA A Licence Coach

Luke Sainsbury has tremendous experience of  scouing  top class players who have played at the highest level of the game. He has a wealth of knowledge in relation to recruitment and working with clubs in Europe, and especially the Far East / Asia and Australia.

He holds a UEFA A Licence and BSc in Sports Science with 18 years experience in senior professional football, elite youth development, education and sports science. including being a senior lecturer for the PFA in England, helping to assist ex professional footballers obtain a degree in coaching methods and variations.

Luke's resume includes being an Academy coach at Crystal Palace FC and Fulham FC between 2003 and 2008. His record as Head Coach in senior professional football is exceptional. He has a proven track record of developing elite players in Europe including  Victor Moses, Wilf Zaha, Michail Antonio and John Williams.

The last few years has seen Luke coach at the highest levels in Thailand. He has been the manager of the Thailand U21 National Team, Technical Director at Muangthong United and Head Coach at Pattaya United (National Premier League Div 1)

Lukes outstanding contribution to Thai soccer was being able to develop more than 15 players who have entered the Thai Premier League, aged 19-21 years. Senior players include Berkant Goktan, Edivaldo Hermoza, Nattaporn Phanrit, Ri Kwan-Chon and Nikola Tomazec. The highest profile players being Singmu Suriya with over 60 Thai Premier League appearances, and Sivakorn Tiatrakul, one of the highest Thai goal scorers in the Thai Premier League, both are full internationals.


VASSIL DIMITROV -  FIFA and CAS  Counsellor/Attorney

Vassil Dimitrov has substantial experience and expertise in the field of sports law, focused on football/soccer related issues.

He has an excellent command of both English and German, in addition to his native language, Bulgarian.

He is a legal expert on football disputes and represents players and clubs before the FIFA judicial and arbitration bodies and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), as well as a counsel for football intermediaries before CAS. He has a wealth of experience in representing athletes and federations in cases related specifically to doping regulations, before the CAS.


His Master’s degree in law comes from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Bulgaria. Vassil also successfully completed a Sports law postgraduate course at the University of Hagen, Germany.


Having published many articles in both Bulgarian and International legal magazines covering a wide range of sports law topics, he has most recently made a contribution to the magazine “Global Sports Law and Taxation Reports” edited by Prof. Dr. Ian Blackshaw.


His articles, many of which are published in Prof. Blackshaw’s magazine, discuss the ban on Third party ownership of football player’s economic rights and also the case of discrimination against the Paralympic athletes in Bulgaria. His latest article is about the fight against match-fixing in Bulgarian football.

JUAN DE ARCOS - Representative/Scout

At the youth level Juan De Arcos played for multiple clubs teams at the South Bay area in Los Angeles. In 2002 at the age of 11, he was selected to play for (Mexican's 1st division) Atlas Academy based out in Los Angeles.

At high school he captained the varsity team three years in which he led the team with goals and assists. He was selected 1st team All Pioneer League Selection three times in a row (Sophomore, Junior, Senior). At the end of his senior year, Juan was selected to play in the South Bay Class of 2009 All-Star Game.

In 2009, Juan began his college soccer career at Los Angeles Harbor Community College. His success there allowed him to gain a full-athletic/academic scholarship to Kansas Wesleyan University.  In 2011 he won the KCAC Conference and Tournament Champions to help them advanced to NAIA's national tournament. In which, they reached the first round of nationals and #8 nationally ranked (highest in KWU's soccer program). 

Juan graduated from KWU with a Bachelor in Arts, majoring in Sports Management with a double minor in Business Administration and Personal Training. After moving back to Los Angeles following his college career, at the age of 22 he was scouted by Roberto Vidrio and was invited to play for Chivas USA Academy U23's. While his time playing for the academy team, they won the SoCal Premier League with an undefeated season. 

Juan, is a qualified USSF licensed coach and in 2014, was hired as a Youth Development Coach for the LA Galaxy. While at LA Galaxy, he was invited to work at elite camps and clinics.  In addition, Juan represented the LA Galaxy as a scout for USL Galaxy II academy/ID Camps, for open tryuts, including the nationally televised talent search for the Sueno MLS. 


ROGER VERDI - Ambassador / Representative / Scout / Coach

At the pinnacle of his playing career, Roger Verdi played in the original NASL against many of the world’s 'Legends of Football' including;  Pele, Johann Cruyff, Geoff Hurst, George Best, Franz Beckenbauer, Eusbio & Bobby Moore.

Roger also played at Ipswich Town during part of his career, under the management of the late Sir Bobby Robson CBE, manager of the English national team, as well as Sporting Lisbon, Porto, PSV, Barcelona, and Newcastle Utd.

Early career:
Signed for Wolverhampton Wanders (England), age 14, and then played for Ipswich Town (under Bobby Robson) Represented town of Warley and County of Worcestershire. Selected to play for Birmingham District Schoolboys, Selected for English Schoolboys Trials at Villa Park, Ipswich Town FC.  Sandwell Boys School, Junior / Senior Decathlon Champion. North America
In the United States, Verdi played in the NASL between 1972 and 1978 for the Montreal Olympique, Miami Toros, St. Louis Stars and San Jose Earthquakes., making a total of 103 league appearances.
Coaching career
After his playing career ended he moved into coaching, holding assistant coaching positions with Athlone Town FC, Stockport County, Phoenix Inferno and Cleveland Cobras. Other coaching positions include Co-director for Hubert Vogelsinger Soccer Academy in Texas, Connecticut and California and has been the Technical Director for youth clubs in Washington, New Mexico. He joined DFW Tornados as a coach in 2010.

STANLEY KELECHI - Scouting
(Nigeria + African Continent)

Stanley Kelechi started his football career with" Obowo United football club" a local youth team in his home town of  Okigwe.
He enrolled into the "Federal university of Technology football team" In 2002, where they obtained championship honors for the All University Football Tournament in Nigeria.

In 2006,after obtaining a B.Tech in Project Management Technology, he proceeded to Calabar Rovers FC where he suffered a serious injury.
On recovery, Stanley then joined Ikenanziz Boys, a college team, as assistant youth coach for two seasons working under the guidance of NFF B Licence registered, Mr Christian Chukwu.

In 2009, he obtained a Certificate in Physical Education in Alvan Ike-okwo college of Education and did an internship with Heartland Football Club in Owerri, helping to assist  in the Youth development program.

He is  the founder of Alike-Standard Football Academy, 
a youth team  that have produced Youth National players at U15 and U17, including Augustine Okeke Chinaza and Onwuboro Lucius Chimereze. 
Stanley is also part of the National Team Coordination for discovering new U13 to U17 talent, under Mr Siji Langunji.


Stanley holds strong Christian beliefs and is guided in his quest for talent by this philosophy.
